Orders and Confirmation

Order Process: By placing an order, you agree to the total purchase value, including
food costs and any applicable delivery fees.
Confirmation: A successful order is only confirmed once you receive a processing
notification via email from us. You can send us text message for confirming your order.

Payment Methods

We offer several secure payment options for your convenience:
Cash on Delivery: Payable directly to the driver.
Card & Bank Transfer: Secure online payment at checkout.

Delivery Policy

Service Area: We currently offer free delivery inside Oulu.
Fees: Free delivery option for order inside Oulu area. Minimum order amount is 20 €.
Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your food within 90 minutes of receiving your
confirmed order. Please note that traffic or weather may occasionally affect this window.
Temperature Safety: We ensure all hot food is kept at a minimum of +60°C during
transport to meet Finnish food safety standards. Please note that traffic or weather may affect this requirement

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 10 minutes of placement.
How to Cancel: You can cancel by emailing us at admin@ruposhikotiruoka.fi.
Refunds: If you cancel within the 10-minute window, we will process your refund and
notify you via email.

Complaints and Food Safety

Contact Us: For any complaints regarding order accuracy or quality, please contact us

Allergens: Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists. If you have a severe
allergy, please contact us before ordering to confirm cross-contamination risks.
